staging: vt6655: Rename `uChannel` variable



Drop Hungarian notation in `uChannel` variable in
`RFvWriteWakeProgSyn` function. Change it to use snake case.

Fix issue detected by checkpatch.pl:
  CHECK: Avoid CamelCase: <uChannel>
