VP8 has been added to the uABI by commit 363240ce
("media: uapi: move VP8 stateless controls out of staging")
VP9 has been added to the uABI by commit b88dbe38
("media: uapi: Add VP9 stateless decoder controls")
H264 has been added to the uABI by commit 46a309d2
("media: uapi: move H264 stateless controls out of staging")

The last remaining codec to be added to the uABI is HEVC.
Highlight these changes in the TODO list.
