Samsung SoC bindings changes for v6.3

1. System Controller: use dedicated/specific compatibles to identify
   different controllers with different register layout (Exynos, Tesla
   FSD). Extend the bindings with missing clocks.
2. Correct maintainers entry for Tesla FSD DTS.
