staging: unisys: Fix CamelCase function pointers in uisutils



Fix CamelCase names:
UisnicControlChanFunc => uisnic_control_chan_func
UissdControlChanFunc => uissd_control_chan_func
VirtControlChanFunc => virt_control_chan_func
