staging: vt6656: usbpipe.c PIPEnsControlOut use usb_control_msg



Now that this fucntion is nolonger atomic change to usb_control_msg

Return STATUS_FAILURE if ntStatus less than wLength.

Remove fMP_CONTROL_WRITES flag
