ARM: dts: zynq: Add xlnx prefix to GEM compatible string

cdns,zynq/zynqmp/versal-gem was recently deprecated in Linux in
favour of xlnx prefix. Add this new compatible string and remove
the existing cdns,zynq-gem compatible string.
