dt-bindings: arm: qcom: Document oneplus,bacon device

Document the OnePlus One ("bacon") which is a smartphone based on the
Snapdragon 801 SoC.

Also allow msm8974(pro) devices to use qcom,msm-id and qcom,board-id.
