staging: vt6655: Fix TD_FLAGS_NETIF_SKB only on TYPE_AC0DMA 



Allow only TD_FLAGS_NETIF_SKB on ring buffer TYPE_AC0DMA for data
only transfers for correct reporting of tx rates.
