staging: r8188eu: remove dead code from ODM_Write_DIG()

In this driver SupportPlatform is ODM_CE, so code in the
"else if (pDM_Odm->SupportPlatform & (ODM_AP | ODM_ADSL))" is never
executed. Remove it.
