staging: rtl8192u: Fix misspellings in comments - Style

Fix two spelling mistakes in comments. 'informations' should be
'information', and 'imblance' should be 'imbalance'. Issues found by
checkpatch.

This is a coding style change which should have no impact on runtime
code execution.
