KVM: PPC: Book3S HV: tracing: Add missing hcall names

The kvm_trace_symbol_hcall macro is missing several of the hypercalls
defined in hvcall.h.

Add the most common ones that are issued during guest lifetime,
including the ones that are only used by QEMU and SLOF.
