staging: rtl8192u: fix braces in r8192U.h

This patch fixes the whitespace around braces and brace
position, and corrects the following checkpatch errors:
ERROR: space required after that close brace '}'
ERROR: space required before the open brace '{'
ERROR: that open brace { should be on the previous line
ERROR: open brace '{' following enum go on the same line
