ARM: multi_v7_defconfig: Enable Broadcom STB USB drivers



Enable CONFIG_PHY_USB_BRCM (USB PHY driver) and CONFIG_USB_BRCMSTB which
allows us to enable the Broadcom STB USB drivers (OHCI, EHCI and XHCI).
