staging: rtl8188eu: remove ODM_PhyStatusQuery() wrapper

Function ODM_PhyStatusQuery() is just a wrapper around
ODM_PhyStatusQuery_92CSeries(). Rename ODM_PhyStatusQuery_92CSeries()
to ODM_PhyStatusQuery() and remove the wrapper.
