staging: rtl8723bs: Remove Dead Code in collect_bss_info Function

In `u8 collect_bss_info` is a ifdef-Preprocessor who checks
CONFIG_INTEL_WIDI, since this Macro doesn't exists anymore this Patch
removes the Dead Code in core/rtw_mlme_ext.c
