staging:rtl8192u: Rename EEPROM_ThermalMeter - Style

Rename EEPROM_ThermalMeter to EEPROM_THERMAL_METER. This change clears
the checkpatch issue with CamelCase naming.

This change is a coding style change which should not impact on
runtime code execution.
