Rename DIDmsg_p2req_ramdl_state_exeaddr in p80211metadef.h to
DIDMSG_P2REQ_RAMDL_STATE_EXEADDR to fix "Avoid CamelCase" message from
checkpatch and conform to the coding style guidelines.
