gpu: ion: IOCTL return success when error occurs

ION_IOC_MAP, ION_IOC_SHARE, and ION_IOC_IMPORT may return
success when an error occurs.

Add correct error handling to ION_IOC_MAP, ION_IOC_SHARE, and
ION_IOC_IMPORT.
