staging/lustre/mdc: remove obsolete llog ioctl handlers

In mdc_iocontrol() remove the handlers for the obsolete llog ioctls
OBD_IOC_PARSE, OBD_IOC_LLOG_INFO, and OBD_IOC_LLOG_PRINT.
