staging: rtl8192e: Remove unused constants in _RTL8192Pci_HW

Remove unused constants in and after _RTL8192Pci_HW of r8192E_hw.h. A
part of the constants would need to be renamed because of CamelCase on
others spaces are missing before and after "<<".
