staging: lustre: remove {linux,posix}-tracefile.h

Move the definition of the trace buffer type enum in
libcfs/libcfs/tracefile.h.  Remove the then unneeded headers
libcfs/libcfs/linux/linux-tracefile.h and
libcfs/libcfs/posix/posix-tracefile.h.
