crypto: qat - replace constant masks with GENMASK

Replace constant 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFULL with GENMASK_ULL(63, 0) and
0xFFFFFFFF with GENMASK(31, 0) as they are masks.
This makes code less error prone.
