staging: fixed spaces around parens in ft1000

Deleted extra spaces before and after parens, added a couple necessary
spaces before parens in
"/drivers/staging/ft1000/ft1000-usb/ft1000_debug.c" and
"/drivers/staging/ft1000/ft1000-usb/ft1000_ioctl.h".
